Dubbo Project January 2007
The aim of the Dubbo project is to provide holiday activities for the aboriginal youth who come from a socially disadvantaged area of Dubbo, a large town in central NSW.
The activities will include a leadership programme for teenage girls and a holiday programme for primary school children. These activities help them grow in self-confidence and respect for others. The program is organised in collaboration with the Gordon Community Centre in West Dubbo.
The Dubbo project is implemented in agreement with Creston College.
